We are looking for a detail-oriented BOQ Engineer – Civil to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimate project costs, and support tendering and execution activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity estimation, rate analysis, and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil construction projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with the project, procurement, and billing teams.
- Track material quantities and monitor project costs.
- Assist in vendor quotations, cost comparisons, and procurement planning.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and BOQ revisions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, or quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and civil engineering practices.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
