Telecaller cum Counsellor – Immigration

Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services.

Understand clients’ requirements, qualifications, and career/travel goals.

Provide accurate information about visa categories, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.

Counsel clients regarding suitable immigration options based on their profile.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Convert prospective leads into clients by providing professional counselling and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Maintain proper records of client details, calls, follow-ups, and applications.

Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth case handling.

Achieve monthly calling, counselling, and sales/conversion targets.

Maintain good relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.

Stay updated about immigration programs, visa requirements, and company services.

Handle client queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information.





Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Normal English/Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.

Strong counselling and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data-entry skills.

Sales-oriented approach with positive follow-up ability.

Prior experience in immigration/visa consultancy or telecalling will be preferred.
