Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across the organization. Candidates with experience in CA Firms, Accounting Firms, Audit Firms, or Consultancy Firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain required recruitment documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Experience





- 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in a CA Firm, Accounting/Audit Firm, Consultancy, or Skilled Services Firm is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting Accountants, Auditors, Finance professionals, CA/ACCA candidates, and other professional-service roles will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.

Qualification

- Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- HR certification or relevant recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
