1. *Site Management:* Oversee daily site activities, including supervising labor, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

2. *Quality Control:* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.

3. *Project Planning:* Assist in developing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

4. *Coordination:* Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

5. *Problem-Solving:* Identify and resolve site-related issues, including technical problems and conflicts with contractors or laborers.

6. *Safety Management:* Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace.

7. *Reporting:* Prepare and submit regular site reports, including progress updates, safety reports, and quality control reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
