To provide excellent customer service, understand customer requirements, promote jewellery products, achieve sales targets, and maintain a positive customer experience while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their showroom visit.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, quality, making charges, pricing, and other relevant details clearly.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and offers.
- Demonstrate jewellery professionally and ensure proper handling and security of products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the assigned sales area and jewellery displays.




- Follow company policies, procedures, grooming standards, uniform requirements, and customer-service standards.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, purchase, and other departments whenever required.
- Record customer requirements and follow up on pending enquiries and orders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and report major issues to the Floor Manager or Showroom Head.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company-related information.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, exhibitions, and other sales initiatives when required.
- Ensure proper handover and accounting of jewellery handled during customer demonstrations.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
