Housekeeping Associate / Room Attendant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate / Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout guest rooms and assigned hotel areas. The ideal candidate should be responsible, courteous, and committed to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries, amenities, and other guest supplies.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper presentation, and maintenance standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel procedures for cleaning chemicals, equipment, hygiene, and safety.
- Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.




- Follow daily room assignments and complete tasks within the required time.
- Assist the housekeeping team with other duties as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or room attendant work is preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered depending on the property.
- Valuable personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
