- Take complete responsibility for the smooth functioning of the Calicut branch.
- Monitor the branch on a daily basis and ensure that all departments and activities are functioning properly.
- Ensure adherence to Blitz Academy policies, procedures, discipline, and standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and skilled conduct.
- Ensure classrooms, labs, reception, counselling areas, and other facilities are properly maintained.
- Identify operational issues proactively and resolve them without unnecessary escalation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for branch-level operational matters.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
