Customer Executive Job Type: Full-Time /Part time

Salary: ₹10k - 20k per week depending on work

Working Hours: 6-8 hrs

Job Responsibilities - Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. - Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships. - Resolve customer questions and complaints promptly. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service. - Maintain customer records and update information when required. - Follow up on leads and convert potential customers into clients. - Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills.



- Basic knowledge of communication - Hindi/Marathi communication is preferred. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to handle customers professionally. - Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
