Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated candidates to join our team as Abacus Instructors. This role is ideal for college students looking for flexible part-time opportunities or fresh degree holders seeking a rewarding entry-level teaching position. You will be responsible for training young children in mental arithmetic and abacus techniques to boost their focus, visualization, and math confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Training: Conduct interactive abacus and mental math classes for children aged 4–14.
- Skill Development: Teach bead movement methods, visual math techniques, and finger theory.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, friendly,
and structured learning workplace.
- Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance, track attendance, and assign practice exercises.
- Parent Communication: Provide constructive feedback to parents during progress updates and meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or holding any degree (B.Sc, B.E., B.Com, B.A., B.Ed, etc.).
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience or prior knowledge of abacus is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
