Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architecture and design team. The candidate will assist in developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing concept designs, architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models as required.
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and understand site requirements.
- Assist in preparing material specifications, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Make revisions to drawings based on client and senior architect feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of project drawings.
- Participate in client meetings, site meetings, and design discussions when required.
- Support the team in completing projects within agreed timelines.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Good design and visualization skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
