We are looking for a subject-expert faculty member to teach and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and/or NEET. The ideal candidate combines robust subject mastery with the ability to simplify complex concepts, design problem-solving strategies, and keep students motivated through a rigorous, competitive exam cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom/online lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants (Class 11, 12, and droppers/repeaters)
- Design and update lesson plans, notes, and study material aligned with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and exam pattern
- Prepare and evaluate topic-wise tests, mock exams, and All India Test Series (AITS)
- Analyze student performance data and provide targeted remedial classes for weak areas




- Solve student doubts in class, during doubt-clearing sessions, and via digital platforms

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./Ph.D. from a recognized institute (IIT/NIT preferred for Physics/Math faculty; MBBS/M.Sc. preferred for Biology/Chemistry-NEET faculty)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching (freshers with strong subject command and a JEE/NEET rank may also be considered)
- Proven track record of student results in competitive exams is a strong plus
