Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle material inward and outward activities, including receiving, inspection coordination, and proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Support periodic stock audits and provide required reports to management.




- Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests.
- Update stock transactions in ERP/software and Excel accurately and on time.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of industrial/store materials will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
