Job Title: Commercial Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute modern and functional commercial interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and current interior design trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial spaces.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Plan space utilization, furniture layouts, lighting, materials, and finishes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare material selections, specifications, and BOQs when required.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as planned.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest commercial interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure projects meet quality, functionality, aesthetic,



and timeline requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial interior design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Strong visualization and design skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial interior design experience is preferred.
