Job Role: Factory Supervisor

Location: Kharora, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Upto-3.00LPA
Experience: 5 Yrs and above

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities at the plant.
- Handle and manage factory workers and allocate work as per production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards and workflow.
- Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials, machinery and equipment.
- Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues.
- Maintain basic production, attendance and daily work records.

Requirements:

- Experience in any steel or manufacturing industry is required
- Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
- Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workers and ensure smooth production operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
