Job Summary

The LKG Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will focus on the overall development of students through age-appropriate teaching methods, classroom activities, play-based learning, and continuous interaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons for LKG students.
- Teach basic concepts of English, Mathematics, Hindi, General Awareness, and other areas as per the school curriculum.
- Use play-way, activity-based, and experiential teaching methods.
- Develop students' communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, teaching aids, and classroom resources.
- Encourage students to participate in rhymes, stories, role plays, art & craft, music, and other creative activities.
- Maintain a positive, caring, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, participation, and overall development.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and encouragement.
- Maintain regular attendance, student records, assessment records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behaviour, and areas requiring attention.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, assemblies, excursions, and school events.
- Encourage good manners, sharing, cleanliness,



self-discipline, and positive social behaviour.
- Participate actively in school functions, celebrations, workshops, meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Coordinate with other teachers and the Pre-Primary Coordinator to ensure smooth academic functioning.
- Follow all school policies, procedures, and skilled standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the School Management or Principal.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; NTT/ECCE/B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach towards teaching young learners.
- Patient, caring, and friendly personality.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Prior experience teaching LKG/Pre-Primary students will be an advantage.

Experience:-

1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred. Freshers with the required qualification and strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,293.03 - ₹23,933.64 per month
