Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
- Explain admission procedures, documentation, and enrollment process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the backend/admission team for documentation and enrollment.
- Resolve student queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.
- Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission journey.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
