Patient Care Associate – Bangalore

We are hiring a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Care Associate to join our healthcare support team in Bangalore. The role involves assisting patients across the USA by understanding their healthcare needs, coordinating appointments, and guiding them through the care-booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from patients across the USA and understand their healthcare concerns.
- Collect relevant patient and symptom information accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule doctor appointments with appropriate nearby care facilities.
- Support patients, caregivers, and family members throughout the appointment-booking process.
- Provide calm and effective assistance during emergencies, collecting essential details and coordinating with nearby ambulance and hospital providers.
- Accurately update patient, appointment, and interaction details in the database for healthcare staff.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 6–12 months of experience in healthcare, US healthcare, claims, clinical support, or voice-process claims is preferred.
- Education: Degree/certification in a healthcare-related field such as:
- B.Sc./M.Sc.



Nursing
- B.Pharma/D.Pharma
- MBBS
- Physiotherapy
- Paramedical courses
- Communication: Excellent spoken English with the ability to understand and communicate with patients having different US accents.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills are mandatory.
- Solid empathy, patience, organization, and the ability to remain composed in critical situations.
