- Shoot doctor-led explainer videos, patient education content and facility walkthroughs at our centres

- Handle full production for our podcast — multi-camera setup, lighting, lapel/boom audio, and post-production of both video and audio episodes

- Cut long-form content into reels, shorts and vertical clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook

- Edit with clean colour, sound mixing, subtitles (Malayalam and English), basic motion graphics and lower thirds

- Cover occasional camps, events and campaign shoots

- Maintain an organised footage archive and deliver in agreed formats and turnaround times

- Coordinate with our social media manager on the monthly content calendar

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years shooting and editing professionally — showreel or portfolio is mandatory

- Own working equipment: camera body, lenses, lights, tripod,



lapel and/or shotgun mics (tell us your kit)

- Strong command of at least one edit suite — Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

- Solid audio skills: mic placement, noise cleanup, levelling. Podcast work lives or dies on audio

- A real eye for framing, lighting and pacing — not just technically correct footage

- Comfortable directing non-professional on-camera talent (our doctors and staff) so they look natural

- Fluent in Malayalam and English, for subtitling and on-set direction

- Reliable with deadlines and responsive on WhatsApp/calls

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
