Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business through direct market visits, client meetings, networking, and field-level lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting potential clients in person.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction.
- Visit businesses, offices, shops, startups, and other potential clients to introduce DM Tech Studio's services.
- Generate leads through cold visits, references, networking, local business connections, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
- Pitch and explain services such as:
- Website Development
- E-commerce Website Development
- Software / Web Application Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital & Technology Solutions
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and service presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations in coordination with the relevant team.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and subsequent meetings.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team after closing to ensure proper requirement handover.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Research local markets and identify new areas and businesses for potential sales opportunities.
- Attend business networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and other relevant events when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, or service sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle field visits and client follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local Ahmedabad business market will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of websites, software, or technology services is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with regular local travel for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
