About the Role

We are looking for a proactive engineering skilled to drive process improvement and manufacturing excellence initiatives across operations. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process standardization through automation and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to execute improvement projects.
- Analyze process performance and track key metrics to drive productivity and quality improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and best practices.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing,



Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, or related methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Exposure to automation, ERP systems, or manufacturing analytics tools will be an advantage.
