Connector Earning Chance

The Connector's incentive will be linked to the taxable value of the solar power system and successful installation.

Example:

- Average Taxable Value of Solar System: ₹1,90,000
- Connector Incentive: 3%
- Incentive per Successful Installation: ₹5,700

Calculation:
₹1,90,000 × 3% = ₹5,700

Therefore, a Connector can earn ₹5,700 per successful installation, subject to the applicable terms and conditions

Example: If a Connector successfully completes 20 installations in a month, the estimated incentive would be ₹1,14,000, based on an average taxable system value of ₹1,90,000 and a 3% incentive.

Suggested Monthly Target

- 50–100 qualified leads per month
- Expected conversion target: 30%–40%
- Example: 100 qualified leads × 40% conversion = 40 installations
- 40 installations × ₹5,700 = ₹2,28,000 potential incentive





Actual earnings will depend on the number of verified customers, successful installations and applicable taxable system values

Payment Conditions

- Incentive is payable only against verified and completed installations.
- No incentive will be payable for fake, duplicate, incomplete, cancelled or non-eligible leads.
- Customer and installation details must be properly recorded in the Company's designated system/CRM.
- Incentive calculation will be based on the actual applicable taxable value of the installed system.
- Payment will be made according to the agreed Connector Agreement and payment cycle.
- Government subsidy approval/payment is subject to applicable PM Surya Ghar, DISCOM and government rules and shall not be treated as a guaranteed benefit by the Connector.
