Position: Multibrand Quotation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Multibrand Quotation Executive to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of industrial products. The candidate will coordinate sales teams, and customers to ensure timely quotation submission while maintaining the desired turnaround time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit quotations for multibrand products as per customer requirements.
- Identify and source products from multiple OEMs and suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain the best prices, lead times, and technical details.
- Compare multiple vendor quotations and recommend the most suitable option.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Managers, and customers to resolve quotation-related queries.
- Maintain quotation records and update ERP/Salesforce systems.
- Work on high-value and priority enquiries with minimum errors.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive analytical and commercial understanding.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BE/Diploma preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in quotation management, procurement, inside sales, or industrial product sourcing.
- Experience with ERP, Salesforce, SAP, or similar quotation software will be an added advantage.
