Job Description – Retail Sales Executive | Jewellery Industry

Location: Mumbai
Salary: Around ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, making charges, and other details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build solid relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.




- Maintain proper product presentation and showroom standards.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and other store teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain customer information and follow up with prospective customers.
- Participate in promotional activities and showroom events.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge or interest in jewellery products.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS and MS Office will be an advantage.

Qualification

Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant jewellery retail sales experience will be given preference.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
