We are looking for a Regional Business Manager Sales for Sales of our Hospital Management Software (HMS, ERP, PACS ) solutions to the hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Medical Colleges. This objective of this role is in expanding our reach across the healthcare domain, The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong presentation skills, the ability to drive revenue growth, and fluency in English /Hindi/Punjabi or local regional language to communicate effectively .

Job Summary

- Role: Manager (Healthcare SaaS & Hospital Information Systems)
- Core Goal: Sell cloud/on-premises Hospital Management Systems to hospital, Vendors.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of B2B field sales in IT software, medical devices, or healthcare solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Prospect local hospitals, diagnostic labs, and medical centres via cold visits and networking.
- Product Demos: Run live software presentations showing features to Hospital departments.
- Relationship Management: Meet with key buyers like Medical Directors, IT Heads, and Hospital Administrators.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads and client talks using CRM software.
- Monthly Reports preparations, Familiar with Excel, ppt

Requirements & Skills

- Background: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, , Biomedical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- Skills: Strong presentations and negotiation skills, solution selling.
- Ready to travel local and outside
- Knowledge: Understanding of hospital and biomedical engineering department workflows.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Track all leads and client talks using CRM software.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet company targets and accelerate business growth in the healthcare software sector.
- Identify and engage with current prospects including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare networks. Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients by understanding their operational needs and offering tailored HMS , ERP Solutions solutions.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns in line with the company's GTM strategy.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure strategic positioning and adapt to healthcare market needs.
- Create compelling marketing content including brochures, case studies, and presentations, maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and support) to align messaging and improve customer engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, software innovations, and regulatory guidelines affecting hospital IT systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to strengthen brand visibility.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
