Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 5 Years Employment: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Own the ERP implementation and ensure timely rollout of all required modules. Work closely with plant teams to drive quick and effective ERP adoption. Understand manufacturing processes, identify existing gaps and ensure these are appropriately addressed in the ERP. Coordinate with the implementation partner for development, testing, integration and timely resolution of issues. Ensure Procurement, Stores, Inventory, Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, HR, Projects and other key processes are integrated. Minimise manual and off-system transactions through proper workflows, approvals and controls. Train and handhold users with patience until they are comfortable with the system. Ensure accurate data, traceability, MIS and management dashboards. Continuously improve the ERP in line with manufacturing best practices and business requirements. Desired Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP experience, preferably in manufacturing. Good understanding of manufacturing, procurement, stores, inventory and production processes. Experience in ERP implementation,



process mapping and user training. Solid problem-solving, coordination and follow-up skills. Patient and approachable with users, yet firm on process discipline. High integrity, ownership and execution capability.
