Repair knowledge for Printer sand Copier A3/A4 Colour and mono, DMP,LMP Printers.
Preferred knowledge of Kyocera and Multi brand A3/A4 Colour and mono Printers.
Above 5 Year Experience required for this profile.
Good Knowledge of Outlook and MS Excel knowledge.
Experience of Remote installation and trouble shoot on Desktop and printer level.
Call Monitor for State level ( Reporting and Review with customer)
Work experience as Team leader and provide to support to his team.
Service Partner Management ( Adding Current, Reviewing his performance, Technical Support )
Feasible to travel across allocated areas as per need.
