We at Radha by Rapid Rashmi is looking for a CCTV Surveillance Executive who will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and security systems to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, customers, and inventory. The role involves observing activities through surveillance systems, identifying suspicious behavior, reporting incidents, and maintaining surveillance records.

CCTV Monitoring

- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Observe and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.
- Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
- Escalate security concerns to management immediately.

Security & Loss Prevention

- Monitor store, warehouse, and office premises for theft, pilferage, or policy violations.
- Track movement of inventory and high-value products.
- Identify potential security risks and report findings.
- Assist in investigations related to stock loss, employee misconduct, or security incidents.

Incident Reporting

- Maintain detailed records of incidents and observations.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports.




- Save and retrieve CCTV footage when required.
- Share relevant footage with authorized personnel upon request.

Compliance Monitoring

- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to operational and security protocols.
- Report violations of company rules and safety guidelines.

Equipment Management

- Regularly check CCTV systems, monitors, and recording equipment.
- Report technical issues and coordinate with service providers for maintenance.
- Ensure backup recordings are maintained as required.

Coordination

- Work closely with store managers, warehouse teams, and operations staff.
- Assist management during audits, investigations, and stock verification exercises.
- Provide footage and surveillance support whenever required.
