- Execute the daily dispatch plan as per business requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely placement of vehicles as per the dispatch plan.
- Coordinate closely with the Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, and other relevant teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor dispatch activities during the shift and ensure timely completion of planned dispatches.
- Follow up on vehicle availability, placement, loading, and dispatch status.
- Prepare and maintain daily shift reports, dispatch reports, and operational MIS.
- Share required reports and updates through WhatsApp and Email with concerned stakeholders.
- Escalate delays, vehicle-related issues, or operational challenges to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination among all teams involved in the dispatch process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
