Job Summary

Own FMCG sales across an assigned area covering multiple distributor territories. Drive primary and secondary sales performance, manage distributor and retailer relationships, and expand market coverage to achieve area-level sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 2–4 distributors across the assigned area.
- Drive monthly primary billing targets for each distributor.
- Improve secondary sales through retailer push, display and scheme execution.
- Increase numeric and weighted distribution in underpenetrated beats.
- Review DMS data and outlet-wise secondary sales regularly.
- Coach and accompany distributor salesmen on beat routes.




- Appoint recent retail outlets and improve market coverage.
- Resolve distributor disputes, claims and credit issues.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0–6 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Area-level FMCG sales and distributor management experience.
- Knowledge of primary and secondary sales planning.
- Experience with DMS/SFA tools.
- Team coaching and distributor sales-team management skills.
- Data analysis skills related to distribution and market coverage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,520.12 per month
