Human Resource Manager

Experience: 10 Years Above.

Age: Below 45 Years

Week: 6 Days Working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Support current and future business needs through development and motivation
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
- Creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies that align with legal standards and company culture.
- Monitoring changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards
- HR Managers are responsible for upskilling the workforce. They identify skill gaps, recommend learning solutions, and track employee development progress.

Qualification & Exp:





-Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification preferred.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Skills: Solid interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR software.

Languages; Kannada, English, Hindi.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
