Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of residential, commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams to prepare drawings, presentations, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
- Assist in concept development and design presentations.
- Develop working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project monitoring.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and codes.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project reports as required.
- Support project approvals and statutory submissions.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp,



Revit, Lumion, or similar 3D visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows.
- Understanding of sustainable and green building concepts.
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings and client proposals.

Compensation
