Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Performance And Service Level Agreements (Slas) To Ensure High Customer Satisfaction From Both Internal And External Clients.
2. Plan And Coordinate Staffing Activities For Respective Processes In Accordance With Documented Policies And Procedures.
3. Effectively Manage Client Relationships To Maintain And Grow Existing Business, Ensuring Revenue Generation.
4. Manage The Budget And Schedule For Assigned Projects.
5. Coordinate Interrelated Operational Tasks Required To Support Proposed Solutions.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor's/Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Skilled certification such as CAMS or CAME or CAMI is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational people and time management skills

Other Requirements

End-to-end Financial Crime backend operations and Quality Assurance management.

Should have people management experience to manage QA team Strong data analytics skill using excel, Power BI etc.

Should have an understanding about root cause analysis and the calibration methods Understanding of anti-money laundering related requirements including EU/UK and international regulations Hands on experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, PEP review, ODD reviews.
