At Soni & Soni, we're a growing law firm specializing in intellectual property rights (IPR). We're looking for a motivated IPR Assistant to support our trademark team. If you have a knack for details and enjoy helping protect brands, this is your chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft trademark applications and supporting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct trademark research and assist in preparing opposition filings.
- Track case progress, maintain organised records, and prepare internal reports.
- Communicate with clients directly in Gujarati or Hindi — clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Support senior lawyers across day-to-day IPR matters — filings, follow-ups, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IPR, legal support, or a law firm environment.
- A working understanding of IP law especially trademarks, filings,



and opposition procedures.
- Strong drafting skills for legal documents.
- Fluent in Gujarati or Hindi (speaking and writing).
