Key Responsibilities

- Data Architecture: Define and implement enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Data Platform: Design scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing data platforms.
- Data Warehousing: Design and optimize enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and modern data platforms.
- Data Modernization: Lead data modernization, migration, transformation, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Data Governance: Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, security, and compliance standards.
- Data Integration: Define architecture for data integration, ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming, and data pipelines.
- Analytics & AI: Provide architectural guidance for reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and data science initiatives.
- Cloud Data Architecture: Drive adoption of cloud data platforms and modern data architecture patterns.
- Architecture Standards: Define data architecture principles, patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Performance & Scalability: Ensure data platforms meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and operational requirements.
- Technical Leadership:



Provide architectural direction to data engineering and technology teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop data engineers, architects, and technical professionals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, product, security, and technology stakeholders.
- Program Leadership: Lead enterprise-scale data transformation and architecture programs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9–12 years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong experience designing cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, and Data Integration.
- Experience with Big Data technologies and distributed data platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Robust understanding of Data Governance, Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.
- Experience designing secure and compliant enterprise data platforms.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data modernization and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and data science architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
