The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automotive service management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Royal Enfield is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the customer-facing workshop operations at our authorized dealership. You will manage a team of service consultants and technicians, ensure timely vehicle delivery, uphold Royal Enfield service standards, and drive high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day workshop and service department operations.

Lead, train, and motivate the service team (service consultants, technicians,



front office) to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining Royal Enfield service quality and safety norms.

Monitor workshop efficiency: job allocation, technician performance, and turnaround time. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (two-wheeler experience preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
