GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C holidays, ticketing, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Plan and sell international and domestic holiday packages.
- Create customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Handle ticketing and other travel arrangements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries.




- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience in B2B/B2C Holidays, Visa Services, and/or Ticketing.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
