Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to support the Loan Executive in customer communication and follow-up activities. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, collecting basic information, coordinating for required documents, and providing regular follow-ups to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers regarding their loan applications and requirements.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, cheques, DDs, stamp papers, and other formalities.
- Inform customers about the next steps in the loan process.
- Coordinate with Loan Executives for customer requirements and updates.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer status.
- Follow up with customers regarding agreement signing and other required formalities.
- Remind customers about pending payments or documents, as instructed.
- Handle basic customer queries and forward complex issues to the Loan Executive/Manager.




- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Ensure regular and timely follow-up with assigned customers.
- Support the Loan Executive in completing loan files within the required timeline.

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher.
- Candidates with positive communication skills and confidence on calls are preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
