- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Robust communication, analytical, and research skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
