Design Development:

Support concept and schematic design stages for residential projects.

Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings, layouts, and design details.

Ensure compliance with design standards, building by-laws, and DCR norms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consultants to refine design with intent.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams for integrated design solutions. Coordination & Execution:

Manage architectural coordination during design and execution phases

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project management teams for timely design deliverables.

Conduct design reviews and resolve in office design-related issues.Track and update drawing deliverables, approvals, and revisions.

Ensure design quality and alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch)



from a recognized institution.

12 + years of experience in residential projects with a developer firm.

Strong exposure to both design and project coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; exposure to SketchUp or similar tools is an advantage.

Good understanding of local byelaws, building codes, and approval processes

.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Key Competencies:
