Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage complete commercial interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Manage site execution for civil, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, glass, HVAC, and other interior works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with the estimation and procurement teams for material requirements and timely procurement.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and resource requirements and take corrective action.




- Monitor project costs, variations, additional works, and client approvals.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and EHS requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Manage snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation, approvals, measurements, and completion records.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
