Job Summary

The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for assisting in managing online marketplace operations, product catalogues, orders, inventory, pricing, and customer queries. The candidate will coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch. Additionally, the role includes handling taffeta and barcode label printing for product packaging and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

· Marketplace & Catalogue Management:

o Manage product listings on online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

o Create and update product catalogues, titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

o Assist in onboarding current products and expanding to new online marketplaces.

· Label Printing & Inventory:

o Design, generate, and print Taffeta labels and Barcode labels for all outgoing products.

o Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock availability in real time.

· Order Processing & Operations:

o Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

o Coordinate directly with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.

o Maintain proper records of invoices, orders, returns,



and marketplace transactions.

· Performance & Reporting:

o Monitor product sales performance, ratings, and customer reviews.

o Check product pricing, promotional offers, and competitor listings.

o Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports using MS Excel.

o Resolve basic marketplace-related issues and follow up with platform support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent qualification).

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

o Hands-on or basic knowledge of Taffeta and Barcode label printing.

o Basic computer and internet browsing skills.

· Marketplace Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and product catalogue management is preferred.

· Communication: Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

· General Skills: Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Experience:

- E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
