Veeva Vault RIM – Technical Lead / ArchitectExperience: 10–20 yearsKey Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and architecture for Veeva Vault RIM implementations.
- Design and implement scalable RIM solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead RIM configuration, customization, integrations, and technical design activities.
- Work with Regulatory Affairs stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Provide expertise across RIM capabilities such as Registrations, Submissions, Regulatory Objectives, and related Vault functionality.
- Review solution architecture, technical designs, configurations, and integrations.
- Lead complex enhancements, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support Veeva Vault releases, upgrades, and validation activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the RIM team.




- Ensure solutions follow Veeva best practices and Life Sciences compliance standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong Veeva Vault RIM experience
- 10–20 years of overall IT / Life Sciences experience
- RIM architecture and technical leadership
- Veeva Vault configuration and customization
- Regulatory Affairs domain knowledge
- RIM integrations and data migration
- Vault security, workflows, objects, and lifecycle
- GxP / CSV knowledge
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
