Job Responsibilities of Project Manager, Energy Electricals, Chennai - 69

· Supervises electrical supervisors and foremen.

· Perform material take-offs and prepares BOQ.

· Duties encompassed reporting progress, construction problems, resources and administration.

· Delivered quality construction by closely monitoring the works.

· Liaise with the client and consultants resolving all in office and contractual problems.

· Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and operating activities of multi store buildings.

· Handle the tasks of preparing and updating all electrical issues especially on installation to the electrical site engineer

· Direct managing and supervision for the electrical work to maintain the performance on jobsite.

· Conducting the initial tests and inspections for the electrical items.

· Reporting the electrical work items to the Senior Project Engineer

· Preparing the submittals of electrical materials and reporting to the QC and the Project Engineer.

· Maintain the operation of purchasing the electrical Materials to the project in time.





· Ensure the electrical work has complied with the specifications, codes, and standards and according to the shop drawings.

· Supervise project execution, evaluate and monitor manpower productivity

· Schedule the work in accordance to project timeline and deadlines

· Maintain the different phases of the project and evaluate all the technical problems and resolve them

· Maintain the safety measures on site and ensure that all quality control regulations are met

· Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders

· Prepare Technical documents and ensure that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications

· Supervisor for electricians

· Calculate production cost & thereby provide inputs for pricing strategy.

· Write reports about work process and completion rates

· Responsible for allocating work among team members for timely completion of project

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
