About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Head / Assistant Technical with experience in the Telecom / Cloud Telephony industry to manage technical operations, troubleshoot platform-related issues, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day technical operations of telecom and cloud communication platforms.
- Handle technical issues related to IVR, Voice, SMS, OBD, OTP, Missed Call, Toll-Free, and other telecom services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to call routing, voice quality, API integration, SMS delivery, and platform connectivity.
- Coordinate with telecom operators, vendors, and technical partners for issue resolution.
- Provide technical support to clients and assist with implementation and configuration.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of telecom platforms.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams for API and system-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and issue-resolution records.




- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills

- Experience in Telecom / Cloud Telephony / CPaaS industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of IVR, Voice, SMS, OBD, APIs, SIP, and telecom services.
- Knowledge of telecom platforms and call-flow management.
- Basic understanding of servers, networking, and databases.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle client and technical escalations.

Qualification

- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecom, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the Telecom / Cloud Telephony industry will be highly preferred.

For Technical Head

Candidates with experience in technical team handling, telecom operations, client escalations, platform management, and vendor coordination will be preferred.

For Assistant Technical

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Telecom / Cloud Telephony technical support are encouraged to apply.
