Key Responsibilities

* Manage and improve day-to-day *business operations and processes*.

* Analyze sales, operational, and business reports to identify gaps and opportunities.

* Conduct *R&D;* to improve business performance and efficiency.

* Use *AI tools* for reporting, automation, research, and process improvement.

* Implement and monitor *SOPs* across teams.

* Evaluate and implement *offers, strategies, and recent business initiatives*.

* Track business performance and provide actionable insights to management.

* Identify ways to improve *revenue, efficiency, and customer experience*.

* Ensure proper execution and follow-up of management decisions.

Ideal Candidate

* Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.

* Good knowledge of AI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.

* Strong business understanding and execution skills.

* Experience in operations, business development, or management preferred.
