Job Title: Factory Manager – Wooden Furniture Manufacturing

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily wooden furniture production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and consistency
- Lead, supervise, and schedule factory production teams; manage team performance
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high production standards
- Meet and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and timelines
- Maintain factory machinery and ensure all equipment and tools are in secure and working condition
- Coordinate with design and project teams to align production with project requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop. Material knowledge and Latest market products knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong hands-on knowledge of woodworking, joinery, and furniture-making techniques
- Proficiency in handling woodworking machinery and tools




- Proven leadership and team coordination skills in a factory or workshop setting
- Excellent problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making abilities
- Sound understanding of quality assurance procedures and production documentation
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills for managing workers and liaising with departments
- Awareness of industrial safety standards and operational protocols

Preferred Background:

- Candidates with prior experience in interior design projects, construction, carpentry workshops, or wooden fixture production are highly preferred
- Experience working with luxury or custom furniture production will be an added advantage
