A Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for overseeing the hospital's daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, addressing patient and visitor concerns, handling emergencies, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, administration, or a supervisory role.
