About Position:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pega Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega workflows and AI solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of Pega developers, bridge the gap between business requirements and technical architecture, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Infinity platform. Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable,



and secure technical specifications and architectural designs. Evaluate and refine existing system architecture, ensuring high availability, maintainability, and optimal performance.2.
- Development Implementation.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-production support. Build contemporary, responsive UIs (e.g., Theme Cosmos, Constellation/Cosmos React) and complex workflows. Manage enterprise integrations across various systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS, and MQ.Utilize Pega's capabilities in case management, workflow automation, and business rules management to optimize processes.3.
- Leadership Mentorship.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and promote adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices. Support knowledge transfer initiatives across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.4.
- Testing Quality Assurance.
- Oversee comprehensive test strategies, including unit testing, system integration testing, and performance testing. Troubleshoot application problems, bottlenecks, and code errors using Pega's Tracer, Clipboard, and Log Analyzer. Supervise defect management processes and ensure solutions meet all business and QA requirements.5.
- Ops Release Management.
- Participate in release control processes to ensure smooth movement of code across environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Prod).Implement and manage Pega Dev.
- Ops pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Monitor application performance metrics and execute necessary system or code optimizations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on expertise in AI ML,PEGA.
- Relevant experience: Between 8 to 12 Years.
