Position SummaryAs an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of financial advisors. You will act as a strategic leader—driving team performance, ensuring process compliance, and helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Development & Management

- Recruitment & Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential financial advisors and team members.
- Skill Building: Impart product knowledge, sales strategy, and market insights through ongoing training.
- Performance & Motivation: Motivate and guide team members to maximize their earning potential.
- Retention & Recognition: Recognize high performers through awards and rewards while implementing retention strategies to minimize attrition.
- Mentorship: Guide team members toward achieving their individual career and financial goals.

2. Processes, Systems & Client Advisory

- Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies,



Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
- Financial Needs Analysis: Analyze consumer financial profiles and advise team members on recommending suited life insurance plans.
- Proposal & Claim Operations: Ensure timely submission and smooth login of proposal documents into the system; assist in seamless claim processing and query resolution.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Graduation Degree in any discipline.
- Experience/Skills: Strong people management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Licensing Requirement: Mandatory 5-day training program to understand the insurance domain and procure the IRDAI license (full guidance and support provided).

Compensation

- Competitive structure (To be discussed in detail during the face-to-face meeting at the branch).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
