- Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviews to selection.
- Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and build robust candidate pipelines.
- 6 months - 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
